Dr. Sanjitha Shampur, is an experienced female general, laparoscopic and breast surgeon, working at Apollo hospitals, Bangalore.

She routinely performs laparoscopic (keyhole – minimal access) surgeries for common ailments such as appendicitis, cholecystitis (gall bladder stones), hernia surgeries – inguinal and umbilical hernia with utmost ease.

She is also an expert in painless surgery for piles (haemorrhoids) via the stapler haemorrhoidectomy surgery.

Her special area of interest is in breast surgeries – benign and malignant.

She completed her MBBS from Kempegowda institute of medical sciences (Bangalore) and MS general surgery from Manipal hospitals.
